  • We accept payments through UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Cash.

  • Bookings or purchases will only be confirmed after successful payment.

4. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after shipping.

  • Food and perishable items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Veterinary Services

  • Medical treatments and recommendations are based on professional expertise, but outcomes may vary for each pet.

  • We are not liable for unforeseen health complications beyond our reasonable control.
